Paula will meet with you virtually for an interactive one-on-one coaching session designed to guide you through a series of prompts to help you articulate your goals, strengths, and vision. You get to decide what you want to share - personal or business-related. As you share your thoughts, Paula will create visual representations of your ideas in a vision board, capturing the key themes in real-time. After the session, you will receive a PDF photo of the visuals, which you can use to anchor your insights, share with others, or print and display. Clients often tell Paula they leave feeling heard, aligned, clear, uplifted and empowered to move forward in pursuit of their goals.
